Terms & Conditions

1. Arrival time is between 3pm and 9pm. Late arrival can be arranged for a supplement of €35.
2. Departure time is between 8am and 12pm (midday). Early departure can be arranged for a supplement of €35.
3. Upon arrival, a ‘security deposit’ of €500 is required to cover costs related to any losses, theft or damage to the apartment during the period of your stay. The security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once an inspection of the apartment has been completed.
4. All guests must be over 5 years of age.
5. All our apartments are non-smoking.
6. Do not make noise after 10pm.
7. When leaving the apartment, please turn off all electrical appliances as well as the air conditioning.
8. You will need to regularly take out the garbage. Do not throw any objects out the windows or from the balconies.
9. Bath towels must not be taken outside the apartment. For a surcharge, guests can reserve beach towels.
10. When vacating the apartment, guests must leave the premises clean and ordered and take out the garbage. All keys that were provided on arrival must be returned. For each set of lost keys, a fee of €150 will be applied.
